Preparation and Usage

• Wash Toor dal in fresh water for 3 – 4 times
• Soak in enough water to cover for at least 30 minutes.
• Replace with Fresh water (1 cup of dal use 2 cups of water), bring to the boil and boil for at least 10 minutes.
• Cook it on medium flame for 30 – 40 minutes until dal is cooked. Add or remove water to change the consistency according to your taste.
